Duties and Responsibilities:

At our institution, we value providing ample training for our nursing assistants. To achieve this, we pair them with our most seasoned nurses to mentor them in the field and provide hands-on learning experiences. The primary focus of nursing assistants is to enhance patients' comfort levels and coordinate with other caregivers in administering diverse forms of specialized care.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• The high school diploma and GED are both recognized as equivalent certifications of secondary education
• Good listening skills
• Exceptional customer service is provided by a dynamic individual who takes pride in their ability to connect with people and assist them with sincerity and care
• We provide the opportunity for individuals to better themselves by acquiring the Nurse Assistant certification (C.N.A), and our organization will cover the expenses for this certification training.
• To engage in this activity, you must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Being able to effectively use the English language requires a combination of skills, including reading, writing, and speaking
• Knowing a second language is advantageous
